One check covers all of your needs.
You don’t have to remember when all the bills are due. Write one check and it covers the rent, electricity, water, trash, and tv. A limited number of garages are available for a small monthly fee.

We have a secure building. Our tenants can be safe knowing that visitors have to call and get permission from a front door calling box.

Tenants can be assured that there are no bug infestations. We pay a premium to have our building and all apartments inspected and sprayed once per month.

We clean on a daily basis. We do not allow pets or smoking. Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves to maintain a pristine environment for all to enjoy.

We have two sets of machines on every floor. Neighbors take good care of sharing laundry times and keeping the space nice and tidy for the next person. They are not coin-operated but are included with rent.

We have a guest room for a small fee. A pool table, large dining room, fully-stocked kitchen, and a leisure area are available for every tenant to share or reserve for family gatherings. We also have an exercise room with many options.

We are within walking distance of a grocery store with a pharmacy, a strip mall with a Quiznos and a coffee shop, another coffee shop with a boutique and salon, and a gas station. The local hospital and medical offices are a 2-minute drive. One can quickly get on Hwy 63 without going through town.
Outside is for fresh air, conversation or solitude, and woodland creatures.
Woodlands Estates has a courtyard for everyone to enjoy. The woodland creatures: deer, foxes, rabbits, squirrels, and birds enjoy the space around us and allow for daily entertainment.
